When joining Candytufts you are agreeing to abide by these terms whether you have bothered to read them or not.
You must not share your username/password with any other person.
If you are found to be doing so your account will be terminated immediately with no refund given.
You must link back to my site within 7 days using one of my logos or a text link if you prefer.
You MUST join the Updates Group..It is not a chat group it is for updates and important site information concerning changes in my TOU etc>

Should your membership expire and you still wish to use any of my work that you have downloaded then you must still include a link to my website on your memberships page and you must also continue to give credit on the pages where you use any of my lineart and tubes etc...

You may make sigtags..IMLetters..Premades..Websets from my tubes to offer to your members or to sell for financial gain..
DO NOT
Resize or Re-colour any of my tubes and please give credit on the page you display them on...
You Must
Add other Graphics to my tubes when making sigtags and premades..Just adding text is not enough....

Tubing License

In order to tube any of my lineart you will need to purchase a Tubing License.
Purchasing this license permits you to tube any of my lineart once it has been coloured and to sell the tubes for financial gain from an open site or offered to members in a membership area

You must give credit to Candytufts on each page that you dislay these tubes.
YOU must state that these tubes are not to be re-sold in tube packs or added to members areas for download.. Please Note
When you purchase a tubing License it is for YOU only..for YOUR site only..
It is not to be shared with co-owners/partners of any site which in the future you may open...
Only YOU may tube my lineart as you are a member of my site and you hold a tubing license
